You will be required to manage administrative coordination and customer communication functions, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.
Managing client communications daily via email, triaging the national admin inbox, coordinating with onshore teams and trainers, and ensuring documentation, CRM data, and compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time.
This will require you to monitor student documentation, process funding eligibility, conduct data validation, manage reconciliation tasks, and provide daily status reporting while maintaining high data integrity standards.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and triage the national admin inbox.
- Engage with clients via email to resolve training-related concerns.
- Record student outcomes and issue training certificates.
- Coordinate with onshore teams to achieve SOA metrics.
- Provide daily status reports on missing documents and incomplete SOAs.
- Perform CSQ eligibility checks and approve funding for qualified applicants.
- Conduct funding reconciliation, claim submissions, and weekly headroom reporting.
- Maintain CRM data integrity including duplicate merging and status updates.
- Upload identification documents and encode student enrolment forms.
- Ensure all customer records are accurate and audit-ready.
- Provide backup support during leave periods.
You will be responsible for prioritising workload to meet daily compliance and service delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
