You will be required to support customer service, administration, reporting, and compliance functions, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.
Managing client communication via email and phone daily, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining CRM data quality, processing course documentation, and ensuring smooth and compliant training delivery.
This will require you to conduct internal audits, validate student records, manage Affinda and course pack processing, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy aligned with regulatory standards.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engage with clients via email and phone to resolve training concerns.
- Coordinate with team members and trainers to meet SOA metrics.
- Record student outcomes and issue certificates.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and merge duplicate contacts.
- Upload IDs and encode student enrolment forms.
- Manage Affinda and process course packs.
- Generate onboarding and assessment reports.
- Prepare student schedules and room allocations for accurate TV display.
- Conduct internal SOA audits against CRM records.
- Validate student information, training details, and certificates.
- Correct data inconsistencies to ensure compliance reporting accuracy.
- Oversee administrative tasks and client-specific projects.
- Provide backup support during leave periods.
You will be expected to maintain strong attention to detail while working in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 23 years experience in customer service or administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- High level of accuracy and compliance awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting and coordination tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
