Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Advisory Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Junior Lead Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of customer engagement and marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing, digital, and technology teams to deliver data-driven marketing strategies, customer journey automation, and omnichannel engagement programs that improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
You will also support consulting engagements by translating business requirements into scalable marketing technology solutions and ensuring successful implementation across customer platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation
- Support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions
- Develop and manage customer journeys, automation workflows, and campaign execution
- Configure key SFMC modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
- Design and execute marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels
- Support segmentation strategies and audience targeting for personalized campaigns
- Optimize campaign performance through testing and analytics
Customer Data & Integration
- Support data integration between Salesforce CRM, data platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Manage customer segmentation, contact data, and marketing lists within SFMC
- Ensure data quality and compliance with data governance policies
Customer Experience & Journey Design
- Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys and engagement strategies
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
- Support digital marketing transformation initiatives for enterprise clients
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, technology, and analytics teams to deliver customer solutions
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Provide functional guidance during project implementation and delivery
Qualifications
58 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, or digital marketing consulting
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Experience implementing or supporting marketing automation and customer engagement platforms
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
Experience working with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients
