Customer Development Executive
This position reports to the Sr. Customer Development Group Manager and is based in Cagayan, Philippines
The Customer Development Executive is responsible for growing Kenvue's business in an assigned territory by working closely with appointed distributors. This includes ensuring efficient coverage, driving sales targets, executing brand strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners.
What You Will Do
The Customer Development Executive is responsible for supervising, coaching, and leading a sales team to achieve established sales goals and objectives. You will provide support, guidance, and motivation to ensure the team consistently improves their performance and meets or exceeds targets:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer development initiatives
Lead a team of customer development associates to achieve sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer development strategies
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new sales strategies and initiatives
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their performance and skills
Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to increase product presence and sales
Prepare and manage budgets for the assigned territory to optimize resources and achieve objectives
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales management or related field
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Business Administration or related field
Proven track record of successfully managing customer development projects
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to drive business success
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools to maximize sales efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced skills in sales management or related field
Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
Knowledge of specialized software for sales analysis
Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
Proven ability to drive business success through sales initiatives
