Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role includes collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and validation. - Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Proficient in debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP financial applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
