Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. You will engage in iterative development cycles, adapting to evolving project needs and contributing to the overall success of the software delivery process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the role. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and workflows. - Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data services for performance and cost efficiency. - Proficient in integrating Microsoft Azure Data Services with other cloud and on-premises systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
