Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. You will engage in iterative development cycles, adapting to evolving project needs and contributing to the overall success of the software delivery process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics services within Microsoft Azure. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and integration solutions. - Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows to ensure high availability and performance. - Proficient in scripting and automation to streamline deployment and management of data services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
