Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions, applying modern development practices and frameworks. Your work will involve continuous learning and adapting to evolving project needs while contributing to the overall success of the software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to ensure system reliability. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
