Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance components across systems or applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by your team and other teams within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with data integration and reporting tools. - Proficient in programming languages relevant to Salesforce development. - Familiarity with agile project management practices. - Experience in developing user-friendly interfaces and dashboards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office.
