Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving requirements and deliver high-quality software tailored to organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration. - Experience with configuration and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Oracle HCM Cloud environments. - Excellent understanding of data security and compliance considerations in cloud applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. - This position is based at our Manila office.
