Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, Application Modernization. - Strong capability in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to guide software development. - Experience in translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative delivery. - Ability to assess and improve existing applications to enhance performance and maintainability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Manila office.
