Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software, utilizing contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies to adapt to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure smooth operation. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable software components. - Familiarity with modern programming frameworks and tools to enhance development efficiency. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Good communication skills to collaborate within diverse teams and contribute to discussions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
