Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to analyze business requirements, coding and enhancing software components, and utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and implement software components that align with business objectives. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance software development processes. - Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Modernization. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices. - Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Manila office.
