Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that include analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work, ensuring that the applications function optimally and meet client requirements. You will collaborate with team members to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure high quality. - Document processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance personal and team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - Strong understanding of database design and management principles. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server databases. - Knowledge of security best practices for database management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - This position is based at our Manila office.
