Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to enhance the overall software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Proficient in database management and SQL. - Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
