Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to utilize modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - This position is based at our Manila office.
