Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into detailed design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment, and contributing to the overall success of projects through effective problem-solving and decision-making. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously assess and improve team processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their architecture. - Proficient in integrating third-party services and APIs. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
