Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance components across systems or applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by your team and other teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Support the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in English Language. - Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP modules related to supply chain and logistics. - Ability to analyze and optimize inventory levels for efficiency. - Familiarity with data analysis tools to support decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
