Job Title: Application Consultant - UKG Ready Payroll Module (North America/Canada) Implementation Role Overview: We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for Payroll Modules, focusing on North America Payroll specifically Canada Payroll. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America/Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of UKG Ready Payroll Modules tailored for North America specifically Canada, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality.
Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying Payroll Modules effectively.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing Payroll Modules, preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms.
Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America specifically Canada. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
