Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Leads in the design of culture systems and employee engagement initiatives to shape organizational culture aligned with Pioneer's vision, mission and values, ensuring a highly engaged and productive workforce.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Culture Activation and Systems Design

  • Partners with the organization heads to translate the organizational culture and top-level values into capabilities and actionable behaviors.
  • Oversees the design and implementation of culture systems to enliven VMV of Pioneer be felt and appreciated by Pioneer Village Captains and Villagers such as: Values-Talent Philosophy Alignment design; Vision, Mission and values activation activities design; Performance management design; Succession Management design and Teambuilding activity design principles and guidelines.
  • Collaborates with different internal and external partners in implementing VMV activities and interventions.
  • Designs tools to measure intervention success and reports findings with recommendation to stakeholders.

Organizational Communication

  • Oversees the design and general content of group-wide townhalls and other related written communications.
  • Designs and implements internal communication guidelines.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on the creation and release of HR-related announcements and/or advisory.
  • Leads the innovation projects related to improving organizational communication within the Pioneer group. (e.g. E-Portal)

Employee Engagement

  • Sets guidance and direction for the employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
  • Influences top management to champion employee engagement activities and interventions.

Project Management

  • Manages and completes projects assigned within agreed measures (timeliness, quality, budget and impact) and timeline.
  • Develops new and updates existing tools that measures projects success against intended business objectives.

Process Management

  • Develops and implements the Culture and Employee Engagement-related guidelines and standards and collaborates with team members and key internal partners to continuously improve team efficiency.
  • Manages overall efficiency of the Culture and Employee Engagement Section and makes appropriate actions and decisions, when needed, to ensure that established Service Level Agreements are consistently met.

Talent Management

  • Develops workforce strategy and supports it through the execution of capacity-building plans to ensure that the section supports the company's broader strategy in consultation with experts and stakeholders.
  • Implements people management policies within the section, directly overseeing the hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and development of team members.
  • Integrates organizational culture into the section's daily operations and interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, organization systems and other related programs.
  • At least ten (10) years relevant and progressive work experience, with at least five (5) years in leadership role.
  • With proven track record in leading culture programs, succession management and performance management.
  • Proven to effectively work and influence people from all organizational levels.
  • Preferably working experience gained from the financial and insurance industry.
  • Ability to implement and carry out company's strategic plan or vision, effectively translating high-level goals and objectives into concrete actions and results through resource allocation, decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to formulate strategies to develop desired organizational culture in alignment with the company's vision, mission, values, branding and business strategy.
  • Ability to development talent management programs (succession management, performance management etc.) to support organization-wide strategies.
  • Ability to manage projects through the use of project management techniques and tools to meet timelines and business objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to provide advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, and influence decisions to address client needs.
