Job Summary
The CTC Associate Director leads the end-to-end Customer-to-Cash process, ensuring strong financial controls, optimized cash flow, and an excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for strategic oversight of Order-to-Cash operations including billing, collections, disputes, credit management, and cash application, while driving process improvements, digital transformation, and stakeholder alignment across Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the end-to-end Customer-to-Cash (CTC) process (order management, billing, collections, disputes, credit, cash application)
- Provide strategic leadership to large, multi-layered CTC teams across locations
- Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and accurate period-end close activities
- Oversee resolution of high-risk accounts, escalations, and dispute trends
- Lead process improvements and system/process migrations
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and management reporting
- Support audits and maintain strong governance and risk management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years managerial experience within end-to-end CTC role
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Experience with process/system migrations and process improvements
- Can work onsite and day shift
