Overview:

Xerox is seeking a CTC Analyst to support Order to Cash operations within the Service Billing team. This role plays a key part in contract setup, billing configuration, and issue resolution, working closely with internal partners and customers. You will contribute to accurate billing outcomes, improved operational efficiency, and strong customer experiences. What You Will Do:

  • Support CTC conversion activities including billing, presentment, and customer preferences setup
  • Resolve system and billing issues through research, root cause analysis, and ticket management
  • Configure contract elements including tax exemptions, rate cards, EDI, and client data
  • Perform pre billing activities such as validating meter reads and preparing billing packages
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure accurate contract setup

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal partners
  • Experience in billing operations or a related corporate or financial environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
