CSR (Healthcare - AR)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Medical Claims Analyst - AR to handle US healthcare provider billing, accounts receivable collections, and claims-related tasks. The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with medical billing processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.

Qualifications

At least 1st year college undergraduate or high school graduate

Minimum of 1 year experience in US healthcare provider billing (hospital or physician billing) and AR collections

Above-average English communication skills and willingness to do outbound calls

Familiarity with key healthcare and insurance terminologies: copay, coinsurance, deductibles

Knowledge in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Familiarity with medical claim forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04
