Overview:
We're a growing, tech-driven claims solutions company based in the US, and we're currently hiring a CSR Dispatch & Vendor Specialist to support our claims operations.
In this role, you'll coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, appraisers, and vendors to help keep assignments moving, ensure timely service, and maintain accurate records. It's a fast-paced, team-based role where you'll play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values ownership, clear communication, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance tracking, feedback, and compliance
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure readiness for assignments
- Support coverage for auto claims-related work involving appraisers, adjusters, and insurance carrier requests
- Monitor daily dispatch queues to ensure all claims jobs are processed and completed on time
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks during high-volume periods
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, billing, and internal coordination
- Handle additional administrative, vendor documentation, billing, and coordination tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone, email, chat, and text communication
- Able to manage follow-ups, coordination, and basic issue resolution
- Experience in dispatch, operations support, vendor management, or insurance/auto claims coordination (appraisers, adjusters, carriers) is a plus
