Qualifications
- Can start ASAP
- At least 1 year in BPO experience
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Customer Service best practices and enhancing overall Customer Experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Taguig
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries through multiple communication channels, such as phone and email
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy while resolving customer issues
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
