Qualifications

  • Can start ASAP
  • At least 1 year in BPO experience
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Customer Service best practices and enhancing overall Customer Experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Taguig
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries through multiple communication channels, such as phone and email
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy while resolving customer issues
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
