Job Description

Requirement:

  • 1 year CSR/Client Service Representative experience (BPO experience preferred) with a customer-first mindset, strong communication and coordination skills
  • At least High School or College Level
  • Proficient in computer operating systems and Office software
  • English proficiency is preferred
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Willing to work in Upper McKinley, Taguig, on night shift and shifting/flexible schedules
  • Can start immediately (start: Friday, November 14)

Role Responsibility:

  • Answer or receive customer requests via different service channels (calls/chat/hotline/mail/tickets), and provide timely and accurate solutions based on SOP.
  • Resolve cases within the scope of authority or escalate to the appropriate team for unresolved issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Office-Based. Location: Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), Taguig
  • Night Shift with flexible scheduling. options to accommodate US time zones

  • Total Package: P20,000-P25,000
