Position Overview

The CSR / Account Executive Assistant is responsible in the management and servicing of U.S. insurance accounts, with a focus on delivering efficient, accurate, and timely client support. This role requires prior experience in U.S. insurance processes, including policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and billing coordination.

  • Loss run request
  • Policy request
  • Cancellation request to carrier
  • Renewal follow-up
  • COI request
  • Simple endorsement
  • File Claims
  • Renewal quote release
  • Billing inquiry and online payment process
  • Reinstatement request on non-pay cancellations
  • Recommendation follow-up
  • Rate carriers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience at a U.S. insurance agency/brokerage
  • Proficient in management system called Applied Epic
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable for graveyard shift (New York business hours)

Nice-to-Have / Advantage

  • With Chinese/Korean language skills
  • Team lead experience

  • Salary Range : 30,000 40,000 per month base salary
