JOB PURPOSE:
The position is primarily responsible for growing BPI Cards business through various crossborder/international spend usage & merchant partnership programs or initiatives to make BPI Card the preferred payment card among existing and potential cardholders.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and implementing programs and campaigns for crossborder/international spend to promote cardholder usage and loyalty.
- Understands the needs/wants of the various customer segments, monitors competitive activity, and identifies new trends and opportunities to provide more compelling targeted loyalty and retention programs to existing customers.
- Responsible for managing and building relationships with merchants, schemes (Visa/Mastercard) in terms of overall merchant relationship and partnerships, volume generation and profitability
- Responsible for identifying, launching usage programs and implementing usage marketing programs for the crossborder/international spend that will drive usage from various customer segments, provide value and change in behavior.
- Plans, executes, and launches/rolls out affluent usage marketing programs to ensure billings growth of the Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card business.
- Implement and manage strategic and tactical usage programs, ensure proper program tracking is in place to ensure that targets are achieved.
- Works on program profitability model and ensure that programs meet targets/goals.
- Organize and collaborates with different teams within the bank to achieve implementation of programs and optimum performance.
- Collaborates closely with Data Science Business Analytics to develop strong MIS and Finance for financial/campaign projections and performance monitoring versus targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborates closely with other divisions/departments within the Unsecured Lending cards Group, Segments/Channels Group within the bank to plan, develop and implement the various planned marketing programs.
- Manages resources, budget and personnel, by prioritizing initiatives and programs to deliver maximum results
- Ensures compliance to regulations and business policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of marketing, finance, business, or communication degree
- Credit Card knowledge on metrics such as customer base, billings, credit card loans, revolve rate, revenue. etc
- Financial acumen on what levers to move for a successful campaign/program.
- Knowledge in Marketing, Data Analytics, Campaign Performance Monitoring, Account Management, Project/Campaign Management, Financial Projections, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- With at least 3-5 years experience in managerial role
- Experience in card usage and marketing is a plus
