Job Summary:
Oversees end-to-end settlement operations for international merchants, ensuring timely fund transfers, smooth coordination with liquidity partners, and accurate reconciliation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily settlement for foreign merchants, including reconciliation, fee validation, and fund transfers.
- Coordinate with liquidity partners and financial institutions to support smooth cross-border settlements.
- Monitor foreign exchange (FX) trends and check their impact on settlement and merchant payouts.
- Identify risks in cross-border settlement flows, including FX volatility, regulatory exposure, and liquidity concentration.
- Provide structured insights on FX fluctuations that may affect funding or merchant settlement behavior.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cross-border payments, settlement operations, or financial services.
- Experience leading small teams or managing operational workstreams.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on-site at our Marikina office five (5) days a week.
