- 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming, e-
commerce, or fintech.
- Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A/B tests.
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.
- Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with omnichannel approaches: SMS + Viber + email or push.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.
