ANTECH is looking for a CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM system. This role is responsible for building, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will act as the system's champion, ensuring proper governance, data quality, and effective utilization across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system
- Build dashboards, reports, and data models for business insights
- Analyze CRM data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper governance
- Act as the CRM champion, driving adoption and best practices
- Support sales teams by providing timely and relevant reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve CRM processes
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM management (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in building dashboards and extracting insights from data
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Reporting Line:
- Reports directly to the CME and SFE Manager
