You own the structural integrity and automation of the revenue engine, ensuring HubSpot functions as a source of truth rather than just a database. Your role exists to eliminate friction in the sales process by managing pipelines, optimizing lead routing, and scaling outbound infrastructure. You are responsible for translating high-level sales strategies into functional workflows that drive measurable pipeline visibility.

This is a high-accountability role centered on technical CRM administration and revenue efficiency. You operate within defined sprint cycles and reporting cadences, ensuring data hygiene and forecasting accuracy are never compromised by manual errors. Best suited for process-driven professionals who value architectural discipline and thrive in structured, remote environments.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 25+ years of dedicated CRM Administration or Revenue Operations experience.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot, specifically managing complex workflows, properties, and integrations.
  • Proven experience managing outbound prospecting workflows and sales engagement tools (Apollo preferred).
  • A background operating within B2B sales cycles, specifically managing lead-to-deal lifecycle tagging and data mapping.
  • Reliable high-speed internet for a permanent WFH setup and a commitment to a 12:00 AM9:00 AM shift.

Strong Signals

  • HubSpot Admin or Revenue Operations Certifications.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms with ERP or CPQ systems.
  • Advanced Excel or BI reporting capabilities for executive-level dashboards.

Responsibility Pillars

CRM Governance & Architecture

You own the HubSpot environment, ensuring the platform scales alongside the business without losing data integrity.

  • Manage pipelines, deal stages, permissions, and internal properties.
  • Enforce deduplication standards and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Implement scalable automation to reduce manual entry for sales teams.

Sales Engagement & Outbound Enablement

You own the technical bridge between prospecting tools and the CRM to maximize outreach efficiency.

  • Manage data imports and enrichment from Apollo into HubSpot.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot Sales sequences (email, call tasks, and follow-ups).
  • Standardize outbound templates and monitor conversion KPIs.

Revenue Analytics & Forecasting

You own the visibility of the sales funnel, providing leadership with the data required to make strategic decisions.

  • Build dashboards for pipeline health and conversion rates.
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting on outbound performance.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend structural improvements.
