  • Direct analytical experience at a licensed bookmaker, online sportsbook, iGaming operator or racing platform
  • Demonstrated understanding of wagering promotion mechanics how bonus backs, deposit matches and odds boosts are structured, costed and evaluated financially

HIGHLY REGARDED Candidates With The Following Will Be Prioritised

  • Experience with CRM analytics platforms (XtremePush, Braze, SFMC or equivalent) interpreting campaign performance data at a platform level
  • SQL or data querying experience for customer data extraction
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse promotional performance in detail turnover, bonus cost, net revenue impact and margin per promotion type
  • Evaluate CRM campaign performance across email, push, SMS and in-app open rates, CTR, deposit conversion, betting activity uplift and churn indicators
  • Build and maintain customer segmentation models: racing bettors, sports bettors, high-value, at-risk and dormant/reactivation cohorts
  • Analyse player lifecycle behaviour identifying patterns in activation, deposit frequency, product switching and churn risk
  • Produce weekly marketing insights reports with clear, actionable recommendations for the CRM Manager and Australian marketing lead
  • Support A/B testing analysis across CRM campaigns and promotional mechanics interpreting results and recommending next iterations
  • Build dashboards and reporting templates to make performance data accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor responsible gambling indicators at a data level flagging at-risk behavioural patterns for compliance review

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 25+ years in data analysis, marketing analytics or CRM analytics within wagering, sportsbook, iGaming or racing
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets pivot tables, data modelling, performance reporting
  • Understanding of how wagering CRM metrics (open rates, CTR, deposits, betting activity) translate to commercial outcomes
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, simple insights and recommendations for a marketing audience
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive customer behavioural data in a compliant environment
  • Excellent written English for weekly reporting to Australian stakeholders

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm PH

Work Location: WFH or onsite
