WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....To develop strategic and tactical plans to ensure growth, profitability by managing existing customer portfolio health. Maximizes and optimizes Customer Value by creating propositions for different customer life stages and segments.
. Conduct environmental scans, organisational positioning analyses and other studies
. Coordinate input from major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans with the corporate plan
. May conduct or facilitate periodic reviews of achievements and performance against strategic plans
. May design, develop and implement organisation models to optimise the achievement of business objectives
. Manages Customer Relationships by ensuring proper and relevant regular communications with them through campaigns and offerings
. Oversees overall leads distribution and allocation for sales channels to ensure an adequate supply of actionable leads and a healthy sales pipeline
