About The Job

The primary role is to lead a team of 24 analysts responsible for monitoring business performance, generating actionable insights, and driving improvement initiatives across customer journeys and sales processes. The role combines team leadership, analytical expertise, experiment design (A/B testing), and cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall business results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance and insights analysts.
  • Set priorities, assign tasks, monitor output quality, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of KPIs against targets and budget.
  • Ensure accurate dashboards, scorecards, and reports are delivered to senior management on time.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and gaps across the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct A/B tests and structured pilots to validate hypotheses.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of improvement initiatives: diagnose design pilot measure scale.
  • Provide senior management with data-driven proposals to optimize customer journeys, sales funnel efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate on forecasting and budgeting activities, especially for closed-end loan products.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.

What You Need To Have

  • Minimum five years of working experience, preferably in banks, insurance, or financial industries.
  • Proven experience in loan sales performance management and MIS management.
  • Must have experience in working and adapting to changing priorities and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Project & stakeholder management.
