CRM & Email Administrator (Remote | Philippines)

B2BBD is a rapidly-growing B2B sales and new business consultancy working with technology, SaaS, and professional services brands across Australia, NZ, and SEA.

We're looking for a CRM & Email Administrator who knows their way around modern outbound email and CRM systems and can keep campaigns clean, optimised, and converting.

The Role

You'll own the day-to-day setup, execution, and hygiene of our outbound and nurture activity across multiple clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage lead generation workflows and list hygiene
• Launch and manage first-touch email campaigns
• Build and run email nurture programmes
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
• Coordinate between Apollo, Instantly, Clay, and HubSpot
• Ensure messaging, sequencing, and targeting stays tight

What We're Looking For

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• 2+ years hands-on experience across most or all of:
• Instantly
• Apollo
• Clay
• HubSpot
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently and remotely
• Experience supporting B2B lead generation or sales teams

Set-up

• Fully remote, home-based role (Philippines)
• Must have reliable internet and a professional remote setup
• Comfortable working with international clients and teams

Working Hours

• Part-time trial: 20 hours per week
• Following a successful trial, role will move to full-time
• Remuneration to be discussed based on experience and capability
