We're looking for a detail-obsessed CRM Campaign Specialist (QA & Campaign Management) to support high-impact lifecycle marketing. In this role, you will own campaign execution and QA across email, push, and in-app messaging. You'll ensure every campaign is accurate, personalized, and technically flawlesscatching issues before they go live and optimizing the customer experience for a top U.S.-based brand.

Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements

Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

Schedule: U.S. Business Hours

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Execution: Execute and QA CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels to ensure 100% accuracy before launch.
  • Technical Validation: Validate dynamic content (Liquid tags), personalization strings, and complex targeting logic to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Cross-Channel Testing: Perform rigorous testing across various devices and platforms to maintain brand consistency and functionality.
  • Issue Tracking & Documentation: Meticulously track bugs, document QA findings, and proactively flag potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Workflow Management: Use tools like JIRA and Slack to coordinate with marketing leads and ensure all campaign deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience working with an ESP (Email Service Provider), with a strong preference for Braze.
  • 1+ year of specialized CRM QA experience across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push).
  • Technical Proficiency: Functional knowledge of HTML and experience with project management tools (JIRA, Slack, G-Suite).
  • Precision-Driven: Extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solver: A low-error working style with a passion for finding and fixing technical gaps.
  • Nice to have: Experience with A/B testing, analytics tracking, or advanced webhooks/SMS triggers.
