Job Description

The CRM Campaign Journey Designer is responsible for designing and implementing customer journeys and marketing automations that support customer relationship marketing strategies that align with the bank's overall marketing objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units of the bank in planning, designing, and executing campaigns and customer journey automations that nurture leads, drive engagement, and maximize campaign conversions and revenues
  • Work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and improve workflows
  • Monitor and maintain the health of automated customer journeys
  • Develop and implement procedures and standards for the effective management and operations for developing customer journeys and campaign automations
  • Drive the full utilization of available capabilities and functionalities within the bank's marketing platforms and technology
  • Actively identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations to management, and other stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness and campaign management process efficiency
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices, and technologies, and continuously improve the bank's capabilities to build effective customer journeys
  • Collaborate with IT, project management teams and other technical teams to deliver continuous enhancements and innovations in the bank's marketing systems and tools
  • Manage projects that may be assigned in line with the role's responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, information technology or similar fields Experience
  • Experience in marketing, CRM, analytics, or project management
  • Experience in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategies and automation best practices Skills
  • Creative thinker, analytical, and can use data in making recommendations and decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic team environment
