Job Summary:
The CRM Automation Specialist is responsible in configuring and maintaining the Go High Level CRM system for the company's retention campaigns, ensuring seamless automation workflows, reporting dashboards, and accurate customer data tracking across the platform.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Configures and maintains GHL CRM workflows for retention and marketing campaigns
- Builds and manages customer segmentation, pipeline tracking, and automated triggers.
- Tests automation triggers, sequences, and integrates SMS/email for campaign outreach.
- Ensures accurate data tagging, integration syncing, and reporting across all platforms.
- Collaborates with Retention Specialists and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Manages 12-month email nurture sequences, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Develops and updates reporting dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Troubleshoots and resolves data discrepancies or integration issues.
- Supports custom field configuration and ensures CRM system compatibility across teams.
- Conducts regular testing and troubleshooting of workflows and automation systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience with SMS/email sequence management and two-way communication setup.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of configuration, workflows, automation.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in CRM platforms or automation systems (such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce).
- Experience in using GHL Platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with Zapier, API integrations, or webhooks is a plus.
- Proficiency in configuring contact lists, automation triggers, and reporting dashboards.
- Data-driven mindset, with strong testing and troubleshooting skills.
- Shows the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Work Setup: Work From Home
Work Schedule: 9PM to 6AM PHT Weekends Off
