We are seeking an experienced GHL Expert to take full ownership of our GoHighLevel (GHL) environment and support revenue-focused marketing and partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical GHL expertise with a marketing mindset and is comfortable supporting lead generation workflows, outreach follow-ups, and appointment coordination. You will be joining a small, fast-moving team where your work has a direct impact on growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Own, manage, and optimize all GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM structures
- Review existing GHL setups and proactively recommend improvements from both a technical and marketing perspective
- Build and refine funnels, landing pages, forms, email sequences, and automation logic within GHL
- Connect and manage lead sources, including Meta Ads integrations and tracking within GHL
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability
- Support outreach and partner programs by managing follow-ups, booking calls, confirming appointments, and updating CRM records
- Coordinate partner onboarding workflows and maintain accurate communication logs
- Work closely with leadership to align funnels, messaging, and workflows with business goals
- Communicate progress, insights, and optimization recommendations on a regular basis
Mandatory Skills- Proven hands-on experience as a GoHighLevel (GHL) expert
- Deep understanding of workflows, triggers, automations, pipelines, and CRM architecture in GHL
- Ability to analyze existing systems and independently optimize them
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation processes
- Experience connecting paid traffic sources (such as Meta Ads) to CRM systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and strong process-oriented thinking
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setup
Preferred Skills- Background in real estate, finance, financial services, or a related industry
- Experience supporting referral or partner-based marketing programs
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools and email-based partner campaigns
- Light experience managing or monitoring Meta Ads (low-volume campaigns)
- Marketing strategy mindset beyond pure technical execution
- Previous experience working in a small team or startup-style environment
