Your Role
The Credit Support Staff reports directly to Know Your Customer Team Lead. It is responsible to manage and control the activities related to Know Your Customer of Global Banking Line of Business and to ensure GB KYC is always adequately positioned to meet the regulatory requirements as well as internal guidelines based on policies and procedures on KYC.
How you can contribute
- To review and assess the risk contributing to the High Risk and Medium Risk rating on clients and its connected parties and the mitigating factors to support the assessment / recommendation made by analyst and team lead to retain/onboard a client.
- To ensure any deviation in KYC requirement is within the specified area per procedures and exemptions captured with relevant FCC's concurrence and approval.
- KYC overdues should and if any, trigger reviews be completed within the allowed TAT per policy to ensure that client's may continue to deal accordingly
- To advise stakeholders on the requirements/preprocess for KYC related activities. Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve concerns/issues with other stakeholders which includes engagement with FCC/CFS counterparts (branches) and other GB pillars
Your Profile
- Must have a Bachelor's degree–preferably business related courses
- With related experience in Anti Money Laundering, Financial Crime Prevention, Local and International Banking Regulatory and Internal Policies
- Banking experience of 3-5 years is preferred
