Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

The Credit Supervisor oversees the company's credit evaluation and monitoring processes to ensure sound credit decisions, minimize financial risk, and maintain healthy accounts receivable. The role leads the Credit team, manages credit assessments and credit limits, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and effective credit management.

Basic Function

  • Supervise the credit evaluation process, including credit assessments, credit limit reviews, and customer risk analysis.
  • Monitor credit exposure, aging reports, and customer accounts to identify and mitigate credit risks.
  • Ensure accurate credit documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and other departments to resolve credit-related concerns and support business operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Credit team while driving continuous improvements in credit processes.

Qualification Guidelines

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in credit management, credit risk analysis, or accounts receivable, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and credit management practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with a high level of integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Training in Credit Risk Management or Financial Analysis is an advantage.
