Credit Risk MIS Officer

The Credit Risk MIS Officer shall support the Portfolio Credit Risk Department in enhancing risk management capabilities through database development, process automation, model enhancement and validation, and dashboard creation. The role involves designing and maintaining a centralized database, developing and backtesting credit risk rating and ECL models, creating automation scripts to optimize operational processes, and leading the development of a credit risk management dashboard.

Educational Background:

• Preferably graduate of mathematics / statistics / data science / IT-related courses
• Graduates of business courses can be considered if there is strong aptitude in math.

Professional Experience:

• At least 2 years work experience in automation, data processing, and software programming, specifically in R or other languages.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Technical knowledge (i.e. database administration and management, software programming, data analysis)
• I.T. Skills (i.e. advanced R, Python or SQL programming, Excel functionalities, MS Word)
• Presentation skills (i.e. powerpoint); Communication Skills (i.e. oral and written)
• Cognitive Skills (i.e. Logic and Reasoning, Analytical)
