About SariPay
SariPay is one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing fintech companies focused on MSME financing and payments. Originally a fintech spin-off from Series C-funded B2B platform GrowSari, SariPay now stands independently (Saripay has its own financing and fintech companies regulated by SEC and BSP), delivering digital lending, payments, and embedded finance solutions to over 300,000 sari-sari stores and micro-entrepreneurs in the Philippines. The fintech business is growing 1.7x year on year and is profitable.
While Saripay serves multiple partners with lending and payment products, we have one very critical partner that delivers a significant part of our lending balance sheet and profitability. The Lending Portfolio Manager will own the end to end growth and P&L of this partner for lending products.
The Role
The Credit Portfolio Manager drives the penetration and growth of unsecured lending products — including short term inventory loans, short term cash loans, and other short-term credit facilities (loans for telco/bills pay facilities) — across an existing customer base. This role owns the end-to-end cross-sell strategy, from segmentation and campaign design through to conversion tracking and portfolio performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, risk management skills (credit enablement, line increases are key tools, overall exposure) with commercial acumen to identify the right offer for the right customer at the right time.
