Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Supervisor located in Manila, where some work from home is acceptable. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing and guiding team members, coordinating with clients, and implementing process improvements. The Team Supervisor will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and liaising with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements and performance metrics
• Strong Communication and Coordination skills
• Proficiency in Technology and Data-driven solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in shared services or a similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
