Leads Credit Investigation or Credit Underwriting or Credit Appraisal unit by delivering the unit's process requirements where ever is assigned.
Comply/Monitor Team's compliance to service level agreement.
Anticipate potential problem situations and raise them to Credit Operations Head, Secured and help draw plans to address such concern.
Visits and recommends new or revised procedures, forms, reports or office layout that will improve the productivity and quality of service.
Determine Manpower needs of the Team by providing information on workload requirements.
Recommend continuous improvement plans or possible 6 sigma projects and support related activities.
Set objectives, target, and strategies of the team in support of bank's goals and objectives.
Comply with policies and conforms to practices, procedures, and work rules appropriate to the team.
Assist the Credit Operations Head, Secured in the formulation of control plans and ensure that outputs meet or exceed all stablished quality requirements and commitments.
Direct, guides, trains, motivates and evaluates job performance of staffs/officers and directly supervise and ensure that all members meet the required training hours/courses set by bank.
Ensure coordination and harmonious working relations among the team and other units within the bank.
Implements and comply with bank's safety programs and housekeeping and ensure team member's adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and controls.
Perform other duties that maybe required the Credit Operations Head, Secured.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience related to secured credit operations
Orange belt Certification, compliance related trainings and other trainings relevant to the team assigned (Credit Investigation or Credit Underwriting or Credit Appraisal)
