Job Description

1. Evaluate all credit line and term applications prior to recommendation to Credit committee.
2. Manage and monitor customer under Credit.
3. Manage Credit requirements of the company.
4. Manage personnel under Credit.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

A. Review, establish and maintain working capital lines from new and/or existing relationships.

1. Manage, coordinate, respond to various banks and / or financial institutions on new application and/or renewal of credit and trade facilities for the company and/or its affiliates, subject to the approval of the Vice President for Finance.
2. Coordinate with account officers on revisions in the contracts/agreements for new and/or renewal of credit lines and trade facilities for the company, as recommended by Legal, Senior Vice President for Finance and Accounting, and/or the Executive Committee (EXCOM)
3. Facilitate the preparation, review, and submission of the documentary requirements of banks and/or financial institutions for the credit and loan facilities applied for.
4. Negotiate with banks for the reduction of interest rates, bank charges, and the like.
5. Provide loan or leasing facility for vehicle, equipment and other Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requirements of the company.
6. Analyze and prepare reports related to bank loans. Explore/execute derivative transactions for Commodities.
7. Explore derivative products from banks/financial institutions and counter parties for the company's commodities hedging.
8. Coordinate approval of ISDA documents for new agreements and amendments as recommended by the Corporate Secretary.
9. Inquire rates for swap, option, time spread and others for the company's commodities hedging.
10. Analyze and check daily risk and commodities report and commodities hedging report.

B. Manage internal credit operations

1. Maintain customer's credit thru evaluations, review, and credit risk analysis, which may lead to additional credit recommendations for potential customers and continuing credit privileges for existing customers.
2. Evaluate customers worthiness using the gathered data thru credit investigations and background checking prior to scheduling them for Credit Committee presentation.
3. Determine credit term and line of evaluated credit applications (base on the result of Credit Score Card) to be recommended to the Credit Committee.
4. Schedule meeting for the result of the credit assessment of all the customers with the Credit Committee and assigned Reseller.
5. Update and notify Resellers regarding the results of Credit Committee meeting thru sending a report or minutes of the meeting.
6. Work with other members of the Financial and collection groups. These Professionals also evaluate credit processing and approval, and make changes to ensure the Financial stability of the organization.
7. Conduct quarterly review of Credit Risk Exposure on each existing clients.
8. Prepare report a quarterly Sales Performance Review of all customers on credit and discuss the results of the reports to the Credit Committee.
9. Prepare a comprehensive monthly Fleet Report and send this to all stakeholders (Credit Committee, EXCOM and Fleet Team).
10. Resolve customers issues related to their accounts and eligibility for products and delivery.
11. Maintain and update the monitoring sheet
12. Review and check all customer files, logbooks and monitoring sheets under Credit's responsibility.
13. Supervise all the personnel under his/her team and act as a good example among his colleagues within the group and organization.
14. Perform other related functions and assignments from time to time
