What You'll Do

  • Handle end-to-end claims and dispute processing, including logging, reconciling approved claims, and coordinating resolution of rejected items with business units.
  • Manage customer accounts, including email triage and invoice/statement queries, ensuring timely payments.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers, and set credit limits based on financial analysis.
  • Chase outstanding debts via phone, email, and written communication, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
  • Resolve billing and payment issues efficiently, negotiating payment plans and terms with customers.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on account status, outstanding debts, and cash forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other business units to align on credit policies and resolve account issues.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize credit control workflows, automation, and reporting processes.

Key Criteria


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Credit Control, preferably within FMCG or multinational environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is an advantage.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and multi-currency credit control practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
