Responsible primarily in the accurate and timely release of the intermediaries commission payment, booking of adjustments as well as marrying of payments to ensure that the intermediaries statement of accounts (SOA) are updated at all times.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible in monitoring and timely disposition of credit balances in the SOA by closely coordinating with Credit & Control Section.
- Support the branches in any accounting related concerns by coordinating with the Corporate and Financial Planning & Control Section.
- Customer satisfaction through timely and accurate sending of Commission statement after commission crediting.
- Ensure that requests for adjustment related to premium receivables as well as other premium-related accounts are posted.
- Ensure that all reports related to commission expense are prepared accurately and submitted to the stakeholders in accordance with the set TAT.
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly WHT of Agents, WHT Certificate of Agents (Form 2307), Summary Alpha list of WHT (SAWT).
- Preparation of Monthly Commission Expenses, Credit Memo for O.R. issuance/adjustments, premium refunds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related Financial course.
- Willing to work in Makati.
