Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Credit Card Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Maya's credit card customer base by executing acquisition strategies across various channels and ecosystems. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient lead generation, conversion, and tracking processes.

What you will do:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Tap into Maya Group ecosystems (e.g., MVP Group, Wallet, Lending, Deposit, SME, Enterprise) to identify and convert potential customers into credit cardholders.
  • Support telesales operations by managing lead lists, tracking dispositions, and optimizing headcount to control operational costs.

Channel Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in implementing incentive programs across acquisition channels, ensuring cost-per-card targets are met.
  • Coordinate with SME and Enterprise Sales teams to identify qualified leads and support conversion efforts.

Referral & Partnership Programs:

  • Execute Employee and Member Get Member referral programs, including tracking and incentive distribution.
  • Support the development and execution of co-brand and affinity partnerships to generate sustainable acquisition leads.

Process Optimization:

  • Monitor daily acquisition performance and support the development of action plans to meet targets.
  • Identify and escalate opportunities for process automation and improvement in the card application journey.

Agency & Event Support:

  • Assist in onboarding and managing Direct Sales Agencies as acquisition channels.
  • Identify and support participation in events and organizational tie-ups with high acquisition potential.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit card sales/acquisition or related financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Familiarity with credit card products, underwriting processes, and customer lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies used in customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
